Resale Flat Renovation ID & Contractors

The nesthouple bought a 4 room resale Premium flat that¬†was around 7 years old and started on our¬†hunt for an¬†ID/ contractor! 5 Things to Note when Buying Resale Flats

As the resale market prices start to lower, resale might be a better choice for you than BTO. With recent trend of buying a resale flat at ZERO COV (Cash Over Valuation), it also means you do not need to worry about paying cash upfront.

Location, location, location! Increasingly, new BTO projects are at far-flung places such as Punggol end (I mean units that are not even near to Punggol MRT), Sembawang (it takes years for the new MRT station to be ready) or Choa Chu Kang etc. If you have a tight timeline to follow, the ever-popular mature estates such as Ang Mo Kio and new town Bidadari provides you with no certainty of securing a unit. As for resale, you have the entire control over the flat you will purchasing.

Sheraton Towers Wedding Banquet Review

Just minutes walk from Newton MRT, the pillarless Opulent Ballroom of Sheraton Towers which is able to host up to 540 guests, is a great banquet location to consider. A weekday dinner banquet costs about $1,500 while weekend dinner costs about $1,850 for a table of 12.

Rendezvous Hotel Wedding Banquet Review

Rather than high rise hotel building, a hotel wedding banquet at a low floor hotel gives a nostalgic, colonial yet elegant atmosphere. Rendezvous Hotel is conveniently situated near to Bras Basah/ Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations.

Its ballroom, made up of halls Symphony I to III is able to accommodate up to 240 guests. That means a maximum of 24 tables in the ballroom, an intimate setting for you to mingle with all your guests.

There is a conspicuous pillar near the stage which will block the view of the stage for some. The ballroom has a relatively high ceiling which makes the ballroom feels more spacious than its actual capacity.
